Directional Seated Valves

Directional seated valve type G, WG and others Directional seated valves are a type of directional valve. As ball valves they have zero leakage in the closed state. The directional seated valve type G, WG, H, P, K, T and D is available as a 2/2, 3/2, 4/2, 3/3 and 4/3 directional seated valve with different actuation types. Actuation using a hand lever enables switchable pressures of up to 700 bar.

Appropriate connection blocks enable direct pipe connection. The directional seated valves are available in a combination of valves in valve bank type VB.

Product Overview

The BV series directional seated 2/2 and 3/2 way valves are available in two sizes up to 18 gpm and pressures up to 5,800 psi. Connections available are direct to pipe (BVG), custom manifold mount (BVP or BVE), or industrial standard sub plates (NBVP). Flexible options and additional porting allow accessories such as check valves and orifices to be integrated with the valve.

WN and WH directional seated 2/2 and 3/2 way valves are available in four sizes up to 16 gpm and pressures up to 6,525 psi. The valves are extremely compact and leak free. The basic valve is a manifold-mounted design, with pipe connections possible to a block. Complete valve banks (BWH and BWN) are also available as a pipe connection or directly mounted to a HAWE high-pressure power unit.

VZP directional seated valves are available as single valves (VZP) or in a valve bank design (BVZP). Depending on your selection, the valve can operate as 4/4, 4/3, or 3/3 way units, or two independent 3/2 or 2/2 way units. VZP valves can also be directly mounted to pressure switches, allowing you to monitor the actuator's pressure.

EM and EMP are zero leak, 2 position/2 way cartridge valves either directly or pilot actuated by a solenoid. The EM is an on-off valve, while the EMP is proportional. These valves are available in several sizes with flows to 160 lpm and pressures to 6,525 psi. Subplates are also available for pipe connections.

VP valves are zero leak and available as 2/2, 3/2, and 4/2 way directional valves, making them the perfect valves for your lube-system applications. One size is available with a flow rating of 4 gpm and pressures to 5,800 psi.

The 4/3 and 3/3 way VH directional seated valves are available either as individual valves for pipe connections (VH), for manifold mounting (VHP,) or as valve banks (VHR). These maintenance and leak-free valves are intended for the control of single- and double-acting actuators with a hand lever that is either automatically returned to the idle position or is held in the working position by a detent.

Leak-free DA and EA valves shut-off with manual actuation, which blocks flow in one or both directions. Two sizes are available with flows to 40 gpm and pressures to 7,250 psi. Manual actuation with detent is available upon request.
